This book is packed with all you need to know to get healthy and stay healthy after the age of 40 and beyond. I am looking forward to feeling great in my 70's and 80's, and following the strategies in this book will help me get there. Highly recommend!

Fitness is NOT the same once you hit your 40s! I only learned this when I hit this milestone myself. I can tell that I'm not nearly as flexible as I was in my 30s and before. This book confirmed that I wasn't just imagining things. Beyond that, this book helped me find new ways to increase and regain my flexibility through stretching and yoga. When I see older folks having trouble getting around, it is a clear reminder that I need to start taking better care of myself and this book was just the motivation I needed!

As I’m getting older I still want to feel good about my health! But it struck m I might need to do things differently than I had before. I was really pleased to find this audiobook, great information about mindset as well as what you need to physically do!

As the years go by, the belly stick out more, the eyes sag, and heck, so does everything else. Is this our fate set in stone? No it is not! Upon discovering somatic movement earlier this year, I have discovered that my muscular anguish is wholly avoidable and not due to my aging. I too have discovered that the same goes for my fitness. This excellent title layed it out like a smorgasbord of muscle-packing, ab-carving delicacies. Kudos to the author. Feeling 21 again. 5/5

I listened to this audiobook because I am into fitness and wanted to learn more about fitness over 40.

This book covered everyone needed to know from basic stretches, warm ups, cool downs, to strength training, agility training, right foods for your body and much more.

I would recommend this book to anyone looking to get fit as the author speaks from experience and included lots of scientific facts to supports the ideas presented. It is great not only for over 40’s but any age.

Extremely practical and useful and sustainable. It's like Ranger PT training adapted for us old guys. Full body workout for strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, and stamina. I'm 51 and morbidly obese and this can work for me.

I am a 34-year-old mom of 10-year-old twins and a toddler....with one on the way! (My wife is pregnant and due soon) I am ALWAYS looking for anything that will help me prepare for getting older. I, myself and not really worried about age - it's just a number. What I am worried about is staying healthy and motivated as I go into my late 30s and beyond. Nick created an awesome resource that I already shared with my older sister who is 12 years older than me. I am so happy to have this book! Foundations can't ever be built too soon!
