Best book ever!
There are tons of self-help books dealing with the subject of self-esteem and I've listened to many of them. This one is my favorite. I'm learning quite a bit and I am making great strides in getting my schedule and life under control using many of the hints in this book.

I listen this audiobook while in college and lost my copy. I hear it again because I found it to be a very practical guide for challenging negative thought patterns and gaining an understanding of how those patterns influence self-esteem.
