Topics. Granted I should have paid more attention but I thought it would be more in depth. The knowledge given is good but I was expecting more.

What was most disappointing about Scotts Jason’s story?
There were several bad pieces of advice such as adding sugar to your rehydrating yeast. That might've been the norm years ago but now, it wastes the yeasts reserves that are included by the manufacturer. Plus, you don't want your yeast getting used to something that's so far off your wort.Any additional comments?
This was essentially just a summary of John Palmer's book, with a few bad pieces of advice thrown in. For your money and knowledge, just go buy Palmer's book instead. It has a lot more info and it's extremely useful.Just buy John Palmer's book How to Brew
