Fresh air
Chappale’s authentic and vulnerable share is inspirational on so many levels. If he can show up as he does then so can we. I highly recommend reading/listening more than once!

Inspirational and Relatable
I am totally inspired and motivated by Chappale Burton’s life story and the strategies he implements to overcome the many trials, challenges, and tribulations. I am impressed by his ability to seek ways to self improve not self destruct when faced with a hardship.
I would recommend his book to anyone looking to develop sustainable methods to build personal accountability in the areas of professional capacity , character development, mental health and wellness, and personal happiness.
I find that format presented makes for the easy application of the strategies and content found within the book. It is my intent to use How to Choose Happiness as a daily reference tool to help improve my every day habits as I focus on strengthening and developing self, sustaining balance in my everyday life, and serving others.
I commend Mr. Burton for delivering such a strong and wonderful product and await the release of his next project.

I Love this Audible Book!!!
And I love my Brother! I'm so proud of him for continuing to push positivity after all he/we have been through... There are so many jewels in the book that I don't really know where to begin. I can tell you that the stuff he shares works and he is always working on himself in one way or another. Whenever we work out together, I call him Sargent Burton, because he has this way of showing tough love while inspiring you to be your best self at the same time.
Although the narration was really good, I have to say it was a little weird to hear someone else telling his story. To get a real sense of the type of person he is, check out his #dailyBOOST on FaceBook. If you would like to make real, positive, and lasting changes in your life, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this audio.

Fantastic Listen!!!
This was a great listen and one that I would highly recommend. It’s a unique book in that we heard the author’s compelling story first and then heard about the steps that he took to make happiness a habit. It was a real and practical account of the little things, that if done consistently, can make a real difference in one’s life. I am going to put many of them in motion today, and use this as my guide. I loved the stories too, they were heart warming, funny and inspiring!!

Choose Happiness in 30 days is powerfully moving.
A thought provoking, candid and vulnerable journey. It is unflinchingly honest commanding pause. It led me to what I believe is the intended result; I am happier, so much more appreciative of all—the good, bad, tragic and disappointing. We are not defined by our history, and we decide, despite how challenging the past is, to be happy. A jewel.

He was abused???
Wow!!! I ran track with this guy and I had absolutely no idea he went through all this abuse and trauma... I purchased this book out of pure curiosity and I did not think it would have the effect on me that it did. This was a great listen with some powerful techniques...He would probably say take action now and buy this book and I would agree!
