A Powerful Life Manual for Teens
This book should be in the hands of every teenager. I really enjoyed Olivia’s story which is sad but true, as many teens follow the in-crowd and depart from their values with much regret. Don’t be afraid to be different! All the stories and case studies in the book hold valuable truths which bring such impactful lessons in an accessible way which is sure to pique the interest and stir enthusiasm in teenagers.
Chapter 9 is particularly impactful to me. It presents the keys to the kingdom – attitude and gratitude. The author uses the life stories of several personalities who triumphed over recurring disappointments in their lives and became famous and successful in their endeavor. The use of these well-known figures increases the authenticity of the strategies presented in the text. The book is packed with great advice for teenagers who aspire to become the best versions of themselves.

Great book for building self-confidence!
I absolutely loved this book and the 5 steps it teaches to help build self-confidence in teens.
My favorite part was the section on the 6 effective ways to stop a bully. This is such an important topic to cover these days.
This book is a great resource not only for teens but for parents, caregivers, and teachers too. This was well written and well narrated.

Great book
The author explained how a teen can manage external challenges by giving transformative tips such as the power of perception, the new mindset, getting rid of labels and understanding them, knowing who you are and believing in yourself. I liked how he used his own stories and experiences, as well as other relatable stories to keep the reader engage. Will recommend!!!

Very empowering!
I got this more for my brother than myself as his are in and going into adolescents, mine are on their way, 9 might as well be 18! He said it was great and I had a listen myself, curious and cautious about what they was being given to kids to listen to and was delighted. This is such a well structured and easy to follow listen that I took some lessons on board for sure. I highly recommend this insightful, practical, and empowering book to any teenager looking to improve their self-confidence.

I loved this book!!
This book is really a great listen for the teenagers who basically are at edge to explore themselves and know what they can do in their lives. As teenage is that age where children learn about new things and also they want to have confidence in themselves.

Fantastic resource for teens and parents
The words of Derek T. Freeman are vividly brought to life by the narrator, William Romano-Pugh. His voice is very pleasant, which encourages teens to unwind and concentrate on the information shared. Teens can utilize the audiobook's wealth of useful advice to start boosting their self-esteem and, ultimately, design the life they want.
Any youngster who wants to boost their confidence and accomplish their goals should listen to this audiobook, in my opinion. The audiobook is brimming with wise counsel and useful tactics that can help teenagers start down the road to success. Lots of information
Teens that are having problems with their identity, friends, purpose, or other issues might benefit greatly from listening to this audiobook. We are well aware that adolescents tend to experience those problems. Excellent contemplation exercises and suggestions are provided in the audiobook. The author emphasized some crucial ideas for teens, such as the fact that they are not alone, that their existence has meaning, and that they are in charge of their own destiny. These, in my opinion, are incredibly important things for teenagers to understand at their age. Parents, grandparents, counsellors, and even teachers should have this audiobook handy, in my opinion.

Great Guide!
I wish I had this book when I was a teen. Being a teenager is not always so easy.
It is a point in our life where we make a lot of large descisions that affect the rest of our lives.
Self confidence is key to succeeding in life and this book is great for both teens that feel they have low self asteem but also for those that feel like this isn't a problem for them. Let me assure you everyone has some level of low self asteem.
