I enjoyed the quotes and anecdotes of other teachers

He seems contradictory at some points and dismissive at others
I particularly disliked his use of terms like stupid and primitive

A terrible book on meditation

This book is full of misinformation. There are many books on meditation that are much better. I recommend you avoid this book.
