Publisher's summary

In a world of witches and wolves, and shifters there's bound to be secrets and lies and deceit.

For Fiona, it means her life is about to get better. So much better! Binge the entire Howling for Her series!

First Comes Wolves

All I want for my birthday is to find my magic and maybe get my first kiss.

But that’s pretty hard to do when rumors fly around that my girly bits are cursed.

Second Comes Fate

Fate might have PMS and she's taking it out on me.

I finally found my place, my mates, my pack, and I still can't believe my luck.

Third Comes Mates

When escaping, one should make a plan. Someone should have told past-me that first…

I also need to fix a little issue or four if I ever escape.

Fated Mates Shifter Romance

Howling for Her Series by Michelle Ziegler is a fated mates wolf shifter romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Sarah Puckett, Jay Alder, Tom Haire, Tim Paige, and Jason Lasky.

This is the first series of Michelle's that I have read, and it won't be my last. I really enjoyed the relationship that bloomed between Fiona, Drake, Noah, Aiden, and Nick. They had a lot of struggles along the way, but you couldn't help but root for them.

Sarah, Jay, Tom, Tim, and Jason did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this series if you like fated mates, wolf shifters, witches, and reverse harem romances.

Male narration was not my cup of tea.

It seemed to have a good story but I couldn’t handle the male narration. I opted out of listening halfway through book 2

very fun series to listen to!

I really enjoyed this series. The storyline follows the usual why choose troupe, but these characters are quite entertaining. The wolves are extremely tight like brothers, so there is some fun bantering between them. Fiona is just as feisty. No meak little mouse attitude for her. She actually needs the wolves plus a witch to balance her newly discovered power. I love that I have all the stories in one listen. The multiple voices makes the tale very enjoyable. The only one that drove me a little nuts was one of the guys sounded like he had a cold in the second book as his voice sounded less nasally in the last book. Overall, they are fantastic readers. I definitely recommend the series to anyone who enjoy the polyamorous relationships type stories. To clarify for sensitive readers- though, most of the spicy scenes involve 2 or more males to the one female, their attention is totally on her and not on each other.

I requested and received a free audio copy via the publisher, and I voluntarily wrote this honest review. #TheFlockVIPReviewTeam #PinkFlamingoProductions #PFPAudio

Howling for Her Series

Howling For Her Series is a three-book series. This book includes First Comes Wolves, Second Comes Fate, and Third Comes Mates. This book is about Fiona, Drake, Noah, Aiden, and Nick. This book is told from all of these points of view.

Fiona grew up with her aunt in a community of witches. She hasn't gotten her magic yet and thought maybe she was a late bloomer. On her 16th birthday, she starts to hear an inner voice. That's when Drake, Noah, and Aiden show up. They are wolf shifters, and she finds out she is their mate.

There is so much that happens in these three books. Fiona learns and grows and figures out who she finally is. Her relationships with Drake, Noah, Aiden, and Nick grow. They all go through their battles, as well as things together.

I enjoyed this story, and getting to know these characters.

Interesting Series!

First Comes Wolves: This was my first Michelle Ziegler's book. This is the first book in the Howling for Her series, a Paranormal RH Romance. Fiona's fated mates Aiden, Noah, and Drake come to claim her on her birthday. Fiona is sassy and smart. Her men are handsomely alpha, possessive, and protective. The chemistry is sizzling hot. The storyline is entertaining, funny, steamy, and intriguing.

Second Comes Fate: The story continues where the first book left off. The characters are well developed and intriguing. The storyline is interesting, fast-paced, and steamy, filled with action, and unpredictable twists and turns. The story ends with a cliffhanger.

Third Comes Mates: The story continues where the second book left off. This is a captivating and emotional conclusion to the series. I liked the action, the chemistry, and unpredictable twists and turns. I enjoyed it.

The cast of narrators is impressive and they did a fantastic job with the narration. I liked their voices together. #PFPAudio

Fiona and her Mates

Fiona
Drake, Aiden and Noah

The narrators did a good job telling their story and given the characters a voice. Each character get their own chapter and narrator.

First Comes Wolves
In this part Fiona is a part of a coven waiting for her powers to come in as her birthday comes three wolf shifters show up and claim she is a shifter and their mate. Turns out her mom left her with her aunt and she cast a protective spell until her mate came to claim her. The three take her to teach her and try to get her to shift since she hasn't yet. But there is still who was after Fiona that she needed to be hidden and what happened to her family pack.

Second Comes Fate
Nick new player added to mating.
Discovering they found their mate other Alpha's from packs move up the mating process, another mate comes to play but it's not a shifter. He was conned into kidnapping her but he mated with her before she was taken and why she was hidden is revealed. Fiona finds her family pack. Everyone is going crazy looking for Fiona.

Third Comes Mate

They all take down the enemy. Memories come back to Fiona. More hot binding moments with her mates, jealousy reveals itself, Fiona tries to settle all her mates.

This was an entertaining story. My favorite characters was Aiden and his snarky remarks and then Fiona and her snarky remarks to her boys.

Howling for Her Wolves

okay let me start by saying this series is really good. but I have to admit the last book was my favorite. yes it was a bit bumpy there for a minute but it all came together in the end. I did love how they guys took in Nick. but the ending was funny. I'm kinda curious if there's going to be more to this series. I do hope so.

Mystery intrigue and romance

This story starts with so many questions and mystery around Fiona’s identity and abilities, she finds her mates when she least expects it and a harem no less! Drake, Aiden and Noah are friends and very contradictory characters and their relationship dynamics with Fiona are all very different. Then there is the pack war, the casters, the revelations about Fiona, so much excitement especially after her 4th mate joins the quartet. Sarah, Jay, Tom, Tim, and Jason did a great job on the narration.

Decent RH series, 3rd book was a let down/rushed

I had listened to this series awhile ago so it was nice to listen to it after over a year since the last time. I read through my books 1, 2, and 3 reviews and my comments and feelings still remain the same. I think this had good potential to being 4 stars but some things held me back from doing so.

I liked our FMC, I think she was strong despite everything thrown at her, to trying to be killed, to being kidnapped, etc. I think she grew a lot as the books went on but then in book 3 she became meek and had a downslide and let the guys walk all over her. They were being ridiculous with her (she didnt deserve all the hate she got) and they didnt nearly have to grovel enough to get back into her good graces. Also her behavior wasn't consistent with her becoming what she does in book 3 (won’t spoil it for you!). I also thought there were a lot of loose ends so I am not sure if this author made spinoffs or not. We didnt get to see how the different beings meshed, how they brought them together, the different packs and the dynamics. The people from her past that weren’t wiped out, etc. Thats a big reason I couldn’t give this higher than 3 stars.

I liked the audio except for one of the narrators for the male characters. I thought they did a good job with their emotions and setting the scene. I think Noah’s narrator was the best and Aiden’s was the worst. We got all the rollercoaster perspectives from Sarah Puckett with the different obstacles that were thrown at her. I liked the side characters she narrated as well. BTW what happened to her bestie?!? Also liked the addition of Nick to the storyline and the dynamic and appreciated the narrators performances with him the events that blindsided them.

Overall the series was a 3-3.5 stars. Book 2 was the best I thought and the ending felt rushed/lost the magic it was building in books 1 and 2. I will still check out this author to see if they wrote more in this world since we didnt get all the answers we wanted in these 3 books or the boxset.
