OK but not a lot of bang for your buck
This is very relaxing despite the fact that it's pretty much the same music looped for 8 hours. I got this because I'm interested in astral projection. Im not sure where the Astral Projection Booster comes in, perhaps its in the subliminal messages you can here in the background during those few instances where the author is speaking.

Not as advertised
When you advertise something as "eight hours of hypnosis " i would expect that. Not 20 minutes of talking and eight hours of really bad new age music. I want to hear suggestive words while i am asleep. Not low fidelity, crackling synthesizers.
