wonderful
my husband has horrible snoring but for some reason when it gets to chapter 2 his snoring stops. I play it every night. I don't care how it works, just happy it does

Love this guy
He’s awesome to fall asleep to! I don’t know if these work or not but he is my favorite hypnosis person to fall asleep to. His voice puts me right out and I really do feel more motivated and better for it in the morning. You should do this every night and I have several of his hypnosis sleep books and I love them :).
