Sleep with ease
I love the narrators voice. It is soothing to listen to. I do believe his sleep system works because it doesn't take long for me to sleep.

Can't listen before bed
I can't put it on before bed because it's so long, it goes on talking for more than 3 hours and wakes me up. not a very good setup. the other one (deep sleep and relaxation) is better made.
however the quality is very good.

This whole collection s really great!😉
This whole collection s really great! I love them and use them 3 nights out of 4 when I a sleeping. I sleep beeper and y perspective has changed during the day and I believe it is partly due to these audio books. It does take some time to get use to t once you start using them though.😊

Great tool
Really great audiobook to listen in bed. I listen to it and end up falling asleep within first hour since its so soothing and relaxing. I plan on getting other books from the same author.

Annoying!
There are benefits to certain types of guided mediation, but this narrator didn’t even bother to re-record over errors in grammar that are distracting and irritating. Example, “ this is the stress of leaving your body” instead of “this is the STRESS leaving your body...”
Factor in the hours of endless repetitive “music” and the fact this guy sounds suspiciously like the Erick Brown recordings and they make the exact same mistakes... now I have trust issues, and I wouldn’t want someone I don’t trust to have any influence while I sleep. Buyer beware.

Expensive Music
He does talk you to sleep and he's ok at that. But don't be fooled into thinking you're getting any "sleep learning". There is no "Law of Attraction" stuff either. This is an expensive five hours of white noise. Ocean waves for one track, music for another hour. It is five hours and not eight so it actually wakes me up early because it turns off when I need white noise most.
