I dunno but signs are good

I get elevated and then listen to this to go to sleep. I knock out by the time he begins talking about going deeper with the steps.
It does not wake me while he's talking the rest of the time which is a good sign that my subconscious is taking it in.
I listen to one session every night on the same subject for a month, then reevaluate my progress with that subject and either keep going with it or start a new subject.
It absolutely helps if you use it consistently.

Effective!

Didn’t truly believe it worked but I listened for 21 days straight. Don’t think I ever heard most of the story because I would fall asleep. Noticed I wasn’t letting work build up like in the past as I was more productive.

Another great sleep learning program

Just like the Natural weight loss book this one helps you jump out of bed in the morning and get things done. Being overwhelmed by juggling many things at once that I started to shut done. Procrastination always been an issue but after a few weeks of listening to this I really believe it helped me get going again. At times I fall asleep within 5 minutes especially since I mastered the abdominal breathing. Which also helps with pain.

Very good analogies used

I thought this was well put together and the narrator used some very good analogies to describe tasks and how to spot when things were going well or when there were things still to do.
