Positive Affirmations

This book provides you with strategies to help you curb your appetite. One of the strategies that the author shared is “EFT Tapping” which is a mind-body method of tapping acupuncture points on your body while repeating your affirmations. I found this technique very fascinating and will be trying it to help me curb my food cravings!

The author also provides several affirmations to recite in order to help guide you, so that you do not have to come up with your own affirmations. I found this to be very helpful! So nice to have a set of affirmations instead of having to come up with them myself. This, I feel is a huge benefit of owning this book!
