worth the read!

Before I decided to begin fasting, I did a whole bunch of research online. Truly, I thought I had figured out everything I needed to start on this lifestyle journey. However, I gained so much new insight and understanding from this book! I'm a really big fan! I also really appreciated the humor that Gin incorporates in this book!

Very well written and truly explained IF

I began my journey with Delay, Don’t Deny a couple of weeks ago and had some questions. This books really answered them for me. The first book got me started and this one will keep me going for a lifetime. I don’t do crazy long fasts yet, but am not ruling them out for the future. I’m happy doing my daily fast and eating two meals or less a day. I’m not even hungry. I never thought in a million years I’d say that! It is freeing. I totally recommend this book. Thank you Gin!

A little repetitive but effective

It's a little repetitive & there were times it felt like I'm in high school and the teacher (Gin) is talking down to me like I'm a kid. But I understand why she does this. After joining her fasting FB group you see the same questions asked over and over and over again. Asked by people who have supposedly read her book(s) and should already know the answer or could look it up in the book. But they don't. Instead they will ask 10x can I have ________ during my fast when the book clearly says yes or no. So yes, maybe the book is repetitive at times and maybe she does talk to us like a teacher, but I totally get it now and I'd probably do the same thing if I was in her shoes. I do not know how this book compares to Delay Don't Deny because I've never read or listened to it, but I enjoyed FFR and will be listening to it again. I had already started fasting prior to listening to this book and she gave me new insight on fasting and where I might be messing up. I enjoyed the book not being all scientific with personal anecdotes added.

Another home run by Gin

Excellent follow up to DDD by Gin Stephens. This book clearly lays out Gin’s ideas around IF and then backs it up with her experience and research. The idea of the clean fast is so crucial. Gin’s experience as a teacher makes her presentation of her ideas very effective. Thank you Gin!

Gin is the Master

Here she goes again, giving all the Intermittent Fasting information we need to make this our new lifestyle. Gin has a unique way of telling her story that is easy to listen to, learn from and adapt to your personal journey.

Excellent book on fasting!

Best book I've ever read about fasting. After claiming to be an avid faster, I am humbled by what I learned and have instantly put Gin's clean fasting into practice. You won't regret this purchase, I recommend it to everyone I know!

Fast.Feast.Repeat. Amen!

Author Gin Stephens hits a home run over the bleachers & out of the ballpark in this one. This is not another health and wellness diet book or just a book on Intermittent Fasting (IF). It's a complete, comprehensive how-to guide that includes a ton of researched information.

More than 40 years of dieting failures led me to try IF based on Gin's advice in her previous book - Delay, Don't Deny. The last year of blood tests/ medical reports indicate that IF got me healthy from the inside out & I released the excess weight. Fast. Feast. Repeat. is an updated book with updated advice based on the latest facts and research.

Fast. Feast. Repeat. fully explains the old, the new and everything in between in the FAQs, anticipated questions, the Clean Fast Challenge, a 28-Day FAST Start & a Toolbox Chapter that offers hybrid protocols/solutions.

Even as a biased Gin Stephens fan, this one exceeded my expectations. In my humble opinion, she "leaves nothing on the table.“

Love this book!

Love this book and Gin Stephens! Both of her books that I have listened to are so well written and I love even more that she narrates her own books. I have been officially fasting for 100 days and don't see myself stopping anytime soon! I recommend this and Delay, Don't Deny to any and all of my friends and family who either need to lose weight or would benefit from the health benefits! Thank you Gin!!

Really enjoyed this book!
