Plus she draws on the years of experience and input from the hundreds of thousands of members of her Facebook support groups.

I HIGHLY recommend this book and this way of life for anyone wanting to learn about the amazing health benefits of Intermittent Fasting. I love hearing Gin Stephens read this herself! It is thorough and an easy listen. I appreciate her humor. Her insights come from walking the walk and talking the talk herself.

Gin gives us everything- the science and life experiences in such an easy to understand book. Everything about fasting (how to start, why clean fasting is key, different protocols). Everything about feasting (what to eat for YOU). Everything about the repeat (how to make this a lifestyle, not a diet). Love her reading it!!

Life changing - I’m serious!!

Even though I had dabbled in intermittent fasting in recent years I never could stick to it. (Thanks to stevia, gum, and lacroix etc) I’ve been a yo-yo dieter yo-yo-ing 50+lbs since having my first baby 6 years ago but losing and gaining weight since middle school. Gin and her other books and podcast kicked me into gear again and this book has absolutely sealed the deal for me.

Her writing and narration is absolute perfection. It’s sciency enough to recommend to people who need science but broken down enough to recommend to your 21year old snap chatting niece. I have never met or spoken to Gin but I feel like she is my diet (sorry lifestyle) mom since her voice has been in my ear non stop for the last few months. I sincerely love her for what she’s doing for the IF community and her approachable writing style is slowly but surely attracting more and more people from all walks of life.

For the record, I’ve also read/listened to basically every other fasting book; and this one is a perfect balance that can be recommended to anyone- where as I would only recommend things like obesity code or AC to certain people.

Listening to other people’s success stories on her podcast, I always thought it wouldn’t really work for me but OMG IT DOES. I have been diligently clean fasting for 6 weeks. I watched in horror as the scale crept up and just kept trusting and trusting and now it’s starting to creep back down.

I now look at chocolate and actually do not want it if I’ve already eaten. What?! I have more energy than I ever thought possible and I’m someone who is never not tired. I just can’t believe it’s all true and real and I could write a 10 page review on how much I love this lifestyle. But I won’t.

Just get this book and let Gin change your life.
