Gin Stephens and her book Delay Don’t Deny started me on my IF journey, but this book is the end all be all, for intermittent fasting. I've been doing a lot of research on my own but I think this is pretty helpful for people that are new and/or aren't stubborn in their ways of dirty fasting. I found the book enjoyable and easy to follow. The lady didn't sound boring.
