Faithum is a powerful gift

Anira finds herself working with Dean and training Rosie the baby Dragon with help from her twin Rain and sister Trya.
As Chief Pumpoo continues to hide his true self from the villagers and grow his power he doesn’t know an invisible girl could ruin his plans.
Anira begins to tape into her faithum and finds she’s got more control then she thought she had. Her abilities are growing along with her confidence in her worth to her tribe.
The “battle” leaves me looking forward to the next book to see where the adventure goes from here.
I’m a very satisfied reader/listener.

Good book

Anira has found some people she can trust with her secret. But has also found that things are even more wrong in her village than she thought and they will have to band together and do things they never thought possible to save it. I love seeing Anira grow and learn to be more accepting of herself as the story goes on.

Interesting but not quite as good as the first

This is the second book in the Dragon Force series. It’s pretty good and has some great moments of action and suspense as well as an intriguing twist at the end. It has other moments where not much happens and there’s lots of talking and deliberation. These parts are the reason why I can only rate this 4 out of 5 stars. Overall it’s still a very good read, and I’m very interested to find out what will happen! Can Anira and the Dragon Force band together and defeat Chieftain Pumpoo! I like Anira and I’m happy to see her growing out of her shell. I also really like the baby dragon Rosie! She’s adorable and I would love to meet her! I also want to learn more about Faithum, the mysterious magic that Anira is learning to use. I like the narrator and find her easy to listen to. Overall I recommend this series and I definitely will read the next one to see what happens!

Too Much Talk & Too Little Action

Book 1 certainly hooked me into this unique new world, but this second book just stalled out. I really hate leaving bad reviews, but the inaction in the book became overwhelming. There is too much talking, discussing, debating, postulating with no action for 2/3 of the book. The characters themselves state their stances on things, then as they’re talking, they trade opinions within their conversations, so they don’t get anywhere. It’s aggravating that there is so little progress. There is so much potential in this series to be dramatic; especially with the title like Dragon Force, but it doesn’t come to fruition. Anira hardly even makes any progress in her magic wielding. Her progress is just luck, and she still doesn’t learn anything from it. The end has an interesting twist to it, but I just can’t take any more introspection, self-reflection, and helpless confusion at their situation. I could forgive it if it continued the plot development, but they just talked themselves into circles. I really wanted to love this series, and I was well on the way after Book 1, but I won’t be continuing it after this.

Growth

Kate brought Lucía's world or Orgin alive yet again. There is so much character building and reveals in this part that it grips and doesn't let go. I couldn't wait to see what unfolded next!

Invisible Bound

In this book we see Anira mature and grow into the person she is meant to become . We learn more about the enemy and the wrongs that are occurring within the tribe . I loved seeing her interact with Rosie and people in the dragon force also .I can't wait to know the conclusion to this trilogy . The performance by Kate Marcin is also enjoyable .
