Eckhart Tolle
It’s one thing to talk about different states of mind or higher levels of awareness. It’s another thing entirely to experience a shift in consciousness beyond how we ordinarily perceive ourselves and the world around us. As Eckhart Tolle puts it, when it comes to the realization of Presence, “words are only pointers.”
Scientifically studied, tested, and refined in the decades since Robert A. Monroe first created it in the 1950s, the audio technology known as Hemi-Sync® (or hemispheric synchronization) has become one of the most trusted, reliable tools to help us optimize brain states for a broad range of applications—including meditation, relaxation, creativity, sleep, concentration, and more.
With Journeys into Stillness, now for the first time you can experience the wisdom of Eckhart Tolle in tandem with the transformational power of Hemi-Sync audio guidance.

My background: I first took up meditation and mindfulness just a year ago. And an early book I bought was Tolle's The Power of Now. But I really couldn't connect with the book at that time. I chalked it up to either the content or to his way of wording things. I didn't know why but the book didn't resonate with me and so I turned to other sources, and moved on. Anyway, meditation/mindfulness has become important in my life in the course of a year.
Fast forward one year: Last month I stumbled onto a video interview Tolle did. What a surprise! What he was saying made fantastic sense to me! And his delivery was super down-to-earth and compelling. I was totally caught off guard. Now I'm doing an Eckhart deep-dive, including videos talks and interviews, and re-reading the Power book (it's like a different book to me since my first read). I'm really connecting this time -- with Tolle I feel I'm on to something special. I can't explain the change in my perspective regarding his teachings over the past year unless perhaps I wasn't quite ready to absorb it a year ago.
And today I finished Journeys into Stillness during my meditation walk. I think it's great. I wasn't sure how I'd like the "Hemi-Sync audio-mastering method." I worried initially that this might be gimmicky but it works very well I'd say. I find the soundtrack helps with the getting and then holding on to the felt sense of presence. And the words reach me.
I recommend this highly.
(BTW this is my first-ever review on Audible.)
