Extremely well written for such a tough subject. It was light and easy without sounding like a lecture. The narrator did a great job, it was so soothing to listen to. I felt like I was living through the writer. I look forwarded to reading and listening to this author in the future.

Words can not express how comforting this audiobook is! The author addressed issues of grief in a step-by-step process, that parallels his own recent experience and it is very easy to follow. The narrator is a delight to listen to and tells the story in a way I never felt like I was listening to a book. I learned so much about grief that I never knew, from comforting foods and coping skills, support groups that are available, and even concepts such as the "cloak of grief" and the different layers it has and how to break down those layers. I highly recommend this audiobook for anyone dealing with the loss of a loved one and wanting to sit back and listen to a soothing voice tell you how to cope with it and feel reassured that you too can get through this.

Amazing, non-stop comforting words throughout
