No, this audiobook was nearly 4 hours long so it too me about two or three days to finish it. There's a ton of information and was overwhelmed but in a good way because I learned a lot.Any additional comments?
Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the keto diet can be incorporated in all of these meals and furthermore, it really changes your health in a positive way. My favorite part was the book was targeted in losing weight while overall helping your heart. My blood pressure dropped significantly and now is in 125/87!The best keto diet
