This Has it All! Very Informative.
I've been wanting to get started on a Keto diet for awhile, but don't have time to read, as I'm a traveling salesperson. I found this on audible and started listening. Great information and recipes are all here, over 6 hours. I now find myself just starting out on the Keto diet and and it is going well so far. I think I'm going to hire the narrator on my sales team, he does an amazing job keeping it interesting.

it's not just hype!
Nice! Gathering information was not a bore since the narrator was engaging that I couldn’t stop listening to him. I’ve just learned that this low-carb and high-fat diet is the right one for me and has increased my chances of being cured. It has given its readers an updated overview of Ketogenic diet. I was diagnosed with diabetes and I’m taking several medicine pills a day. After listening to this audio book, I’m now confident that I can be cured by the recipes found in this piece NATURALLY!
