Amazing book to have
Lovely one! This is the greatest cookbook! I just got an Instant Pot Mini Cookbook so I'm new to using it. This book not only has delicious healthy recipes, it also has clear instructions for pressure cooking and a very handy table with cook times for cooking meats, grains and vegetables. The cookbook includes many vegan and vegetarian recipes as well as some with meat, poultry or fish. A good book! Thanks author! Awesome to read

A well written cookbook! Great cookbook. I find the recipes practical and theyve turned out well for us. Really appreciate the cooking charts in back of the book. Impressive results
Lovely cookbook! Well! I was given this book, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Once I got it, I discovered it is also a "Kindle Unlimited" book, I could have sampled it before I got it. I'm starting out with butternut squash soup and meatballs. Both are easy to make. I cook for one, so the extras go into the freezer for another meal. While not every recipe has a photo, most of them do, and they are gorgeous. A good book is here! It is great!
