A Needed Hypnosis
Yes, the past can be hard to let go. It can stay with you for a long, long time... affecting many areas of your life. It's not an easy process, letting go. But, once you set your mind to it, it can be done, day by day, little by little. I'm fully aware of the benefits this audiobook has brought me. It's important to live now, not in the past.

Peaceful Rain
I was living a stressful life and not happy with my life. My every work was going wrong and I was too much disturb because of this. Then I found this audio book and I’m happy it worked like a charm! It really connected to me personally and enlightened me to the way I create stresses that are unnecessary. I would recommend it to just about anyone. It would sure be a wonderful jewel for them.

My sister gave me this audiobook as a gift. She is aware that I've been struggling with some things from my past. I have thanked her at least a handful of times by now. This hypnosis has helped start my healing journey away from my past and into the present moment.
Any additional comments?
The rain backgrounds helped diversify all of the times I've listened to this hypnosis. I listen to it every time I feel like I'm having a weak moment or find myself living in the past. It is very easy and I didn't feel like I was trying to do anything - yet I still felt relief at the end. Very inspiring and easy to do.

It's a good move to let go of the past. We don't have unlimited time on this planet, the clock won't wait around for you to finally start forgiving people and making peace with situation.
