About this listen

New York Times best-selling author Karen Kingsbury—the “queen of inspirational fiction” (Time)— is acclaimed for her poignant, uplifting novels.

In this moving story, Jack and Molly Campbell are enjoying a wonderful life with Joey, their four-year-old adopted son. But their world is soon shattered when they learn Joey's biological father is out of prison and wants to begin a new life with his son. And when a judge orders them to surrender Joey, the Campbells desperately consider taking their son and disappearing—just like dandelion dust.

A Mother’s Love

Never doubt the heart of a mother for her child, it goes to unimaginable lengths. Add to that the trusting prayer of a child, I think God’s heart is so tender to those prayers. Karen Kingsbury has givi

The story line and the wonderful characters.

This is a wonderful story of faith and child that left a remarkable difference between each character in the story. I absolutely loved it from start to finish. Love the narrator. I give it a five star rating!😇

Not Quite Predictable

At first I thought that the story was going to be predictable. I also thought that it might be religiously sappy. I was wrong on both accounts I found that as I got deeper into the story I started wondering how on earth this was going to work out. I was also pleasantly surprised at the author's development of the characters as they really discovered God's care in their lives.

Don't like the narrator's voice

I am interested in the story, but I can't get past the narrator's voice - its not for me. I'm going to have to read this one on paper
