Shunned by Crawford while he and his mother struggled, Adrian hatches a high-profile plan to destroy the Crawford name - and the reputations of his two half-brothers. But to shield the woman he loves from the hell he intends to unleash, Adrian has to let her go. Photographer Dana Singleton is heartbroken and confused by Adrian's behavior. But just when she's given up on their relationship, she begins to discover the truth - and a dark side of Adrian she never knew existed. Great book, love the story lines. Hope there is a part 2 to this story.

I really liked this book and would recommend this book. I wish this book was a movie or TV show. I hope there is another book about Richmond love life and who his father is. I was hoping that A.B. was on to something when he wondered if his father was faking his sickness. I hoping his death was faked to get the boys together. Dana was a bit much when it came to how A.B. felt about his newly founded family. Wish the ending had included what sex the baby was. Wish it was twins or triplets. But, they kept saying boy or girl, so that let you know it wasn't a multiple birth like Dana had joked.

Great

I absolutely HATE the narration on this it spoiled the whole book for me. I say save your money with the audio version.

Good story but AWFUL narrator!!

The couple (Dana & Adrian) in this story really did a lot of back and forth....primarily because of Dana! In my humble opinion, she was plain sickening....I didn't like how she was telling Adrian to grieve and how he should feel about his father....We can't tell people how to feel! Although, he loved her...he wanted their relationship to work out...and to me she made it contingent upon how he felt about his father and half-brothers....and to me that was absolutely ridiculous. I did enjoy how the author incorporated characters from the previous book of her I read (Recipe for Desire); however, I didn't realize it until very late in the story (almost the end)...SMH....Otherwise, it was a good story, pretty good narration for someone I was unfamiliar with.....also, to me this author's stories always end abruptly. But, the couple finally did get to their HEA.

Nice Story

I guess I like drama and twists and turns, that is the only reason the rating is so low because this book was not my cup of tea. There really wasn't anything that grasped my attention to make me wanna to stay tuned in this book. It took me about a week to finish this listen. It was like watching a daily soap opera and it takes a minute for the story to take off and get into. This just wasn't the book for me it would better suite a grandma or my mother. Not too much drama, just a little everyday type of conflict and a good clean story about regular ordinary kind of people.

Boring
