Excellent!!
Tons of useful information and ideas!! Loved this book!! This book got me thinking about many different reasons why people drink alcohol and how to avoid triggers that lead to drinking even when you really don’t want to.

Unfinished
I just found this book to be a bit blah !! Not quite sure why, whether it was the narration or the fact that every 5 minutes they talk about being a mother (which I'm not). It does say in the blurb that it's for 'mums' and yes there is still some very relatable content for non-mums, but I just found myself not looking forward to listening to this one and found it a boring story. Time to move on.
