Read it
This book really helped me see things differently. I am now 12 days sober. I don’t think much about the alcohol and I feel great. My mind is clearer my body feels good and I already lost 5 pounds. I followed the book and did everything it has said and it worked. Follow the book. I read each chapter the night before so I could wake up and know what I needed to do.

I really enjoyed this book. I read it all through and will do the ten days one day at a time. The tips are straightforward and easily understood. Looking forward to the results.

I enjoyed that you can quit alcohol without AA. If you do the 10 day work as the book suggests, and have family and motivation, this book will work for you

Excellent.
This author has the whole package for anyone trying to control their alcohol consumption. He seems to understand all levels of addiction. Yet he doesn’t force or try to control your actions. Each day/ chapter just informs from the scientific, mental and physical aspects what you can expect. While very kindly making you understand why any change you make is a victory.
