Wow wow wow! Get this book!

I am new to the alcohol free life. It has been 3 months! I started with the 30 Day alcohol experiment by Annie Grace and I have read several alcohol free books after that. I stumbled upon Euphoric during my search and thought I’d give it a shot. This quickly has become my favorite alcohol free book as well as my favorite self development book! And believe me.. I’ve read a ton of self development books!

The author does a fantastic job educating, motivating, and inspiring you to live up to your full potential while embracing an alcohol free lifestyle. I am 30years old and I was very much accustomed to social drinking since I was in high school. Drinking on date night, while out with friends on weekends, at weddings, on vacation, a beautiful Saturday.. you name it! I never thought I’d enjoy life if alcohol wasn’t involved. I am now enjoying the alcohol free life so much that I really do feel EUPHORIC! This book and the authors own experience are so relatable! Warning: this book is not designed for some with alcoholism, I would say it’s more for people who have a problem with the role alcohol has in their life and is curious about becoming alcohol free.

Great job Karolina!! And thank you so much! This book made me feel like I wasn’t alone in the way I felt about alcohol and it has inspired me to live a more authentic, and present life! Your book was wonderfully done and it is going to change the lives of so many! You are making a difference in the world!

Pleasantly Surprised

Sometimes I’m wary of reading something from a new author but I LOVED this book. She explains things in a way that is relatable. Oftentimes I was thinking “yes! This is exactly what I go through.” I highly recommend this book.

Definitely listen to this book

Have you ever felt guilty or shame after drinking? This book is for you. The author does a great job explaining the positive impact going alcohol free over a short time can have on your life. It’s totally up to you on if you try it but after being 3 months AF how, I can say you won’t regret it.

Refreshing and Insightful

Excellent discussion about the process of consciously stepping away from alcohol and how to navigate this in a world dominated by the substance. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for some added motivation and some tips/tools to move toward a more sober life.

Not much new here

The first sections are worthwhile. The third guides the listener through an 8-week alcohol free journey. This section is basic coaching and if the listener has spent time working with a well qualified coach, the exercises will be familiar. The mocktails are full of sugar, so trading one vice for another IMO. There’s also online support which I didn’t tap into because I’m not on social media. All this said, this could be helpful for someone wanting to kick alcohol for a while.
