About this listen

"I’ll marry you Sunshine," his eyes gleam, "on one condition."

"What?" I whisper, "what is it?"

"I get equal stake in the Cosa Nostra business."

He’s my second chance.

The man with the face of my first love.

A terrifying and magnetically gorgeous man with brutal blue eyes.

An outlaw whose very presence sucks the air from my lungs.

A monster who doesn't remember his past, whose soul is shrouded in scars, pain, and darkness.

A villain who refuses to acknowledge my very existence.

The rogue who I am going to marry, for this may be the only chance I have to find happiness.

So what if it means binding myself to a man who hates me?

Except "until death do us part" is going to come quicker than anyone knows....

A brute of a Mafia guy clashes with a firebrand florist who refuses to take no for an answer in this intensely emotional pretend marriage, dark mafia romance. This is a complete stand-alone. No other books should be listened to prior to this. One-click now!

Just WOW!!!!

Great storyline as usually. L. Steele creative mind never lets you down. When it was revealed Adel was a cop was so unexpected and the twist made the story great. Although Adel didn't grow up with his brothers he is a true alpha hole as is his brothers and his sex appeal was off the charts. Tormented bad boy but good guy was a good twist for his character. Love Shane East narration he never lets you down wasn't so fond of the female narrator she didn't fit every female part to me. but overall o must read or listen

Arranged Marriage Series!

🌞Mafia Crown (Arranged Marriage series Book 5) is a enemies-to-lovers mafia romance, fake marriage trope. This one is Axel and Theresa's story. Axel is the long lost triplet of the Sovrano brothers Christian and Zander. We got a glimpse of Zander in Mafia Christmas and we get to know the real Axel in Mafia Crown. I liked Theresa throughout this series and I think Axel is the perfect choice for her. Her personality is fun and loveable and she is the sunshine to his cimmerian shade. Axel is bitter, damaged and a ferocious villain character who channels his way into your heart. I loved Axel's sensual choices and desires and how they are played out. Like fire and ice, dripping with melted wax, Teresa and Axel's fake relationship is dangerously nectarous. Brewed with drama, electrifying exposé, and unexpected twists intricately entwined throughout the pages of this fabulous read. Each book in this dark mafia series keeps getting more and more intriguing and you love more than the previous book. I absolutely love L. Steele's writing style as this storyline holds your interests and keeps you craving more of the supporting character's stories. I love how she weaves a overall plot that transcends across multiple books and still gives each couple there hea.

Shane East, Rose Dioro dual narration captures the characters emotions perfectly. Shane East is the epitome of a British accent and I absolutely love it. Rose Dioro's tone is eloquent and easy to listen. Excellent performance by both characters.

* This can be listened as a standalone romance with a hea, however there is a continuing storyline that affects all the characters in the series and makes it more fun to read when you read the earlier books in order in my opinion.

I Loved It

I finally got to listen to how Axel and Theresa got together. I love how strong and independent Theresa is. Axel was an alphahole to her for most of the book. Shane East and Rose Diorio are well suited with their narration styles.

Mainly a Repeat

Fundamentally a repeat of the two previous books, except I enjoyed the previous ones more so. I didn't like how Axel refers to Teresa as his property and ironically she liked to the extent it turned her on. It came across as archaic, probably not what the writer intended. I enjoyed Rose Dioro's narration, as for Shane East, not impressed, he could have done better.
