A top pick amongst business leadership books!
This is a very well written, thought-provoking, concise, and helpful look behind-the-curtain of a well respected and successful business leader. I have known Michael for a while, so this is not the first time I have heard some of these tidbits and I have had the fortune to be able to implement many of them already in my own business, to great success. It was also reassuring to know that Michael struggled with many of the same things that I have encountered in my business, despite the fact that from outward appearances his business has always seemed to run seamlessly. It’s great that I can now easily share his wisdom with my fellow business colleagues and friends. A “must-read” for any entrepreneur!

Powerful business ideas that will change you
The author's transparency and authenticity about his own struggles in business were deeply (universally?) relatable. His path to satisfaction and success in business is a simple set of prescriptions that are instantly recognizable as true and useful by anyone that has started a business. I highly recommend this book!
