Good book though
Was not what a was looking for. I think everybody who needs to feel better would profit by tuning in to this Audiobook recording. It is handy for educating. I have given this Audiobook recording as a blessing to loved ones. Good book though.

Nice book but not what I was looking for.
Wanted to like this book more than I did. Has some good recipes but not the depth of recipes for herbs I was hoping for. It gives overall health recipes and some specifics but I was looking for something that incorporated more of what I had in my herb cabinet.

Ok for Beginners
This is an ok book for someone who is new into herbs, but if you have experience with Herbal Remedies, there are other books which has more content than this one. Still nice to have as a reference.
