Brian Covey is awesome

I was so happy with the money I spent on this book. Great value for money. Brian covey wrote the book in a manner that is easy to follow. The narration is also very good.

Every beginner should listen

I was looking for a book that will teach me how to meditate as I am going through a lot me my life. I first bought the Paperback version of this book and was really inspired by the content. I then decided to buy the audio version so that I can listen to it on my way to work and in the gym. This book has benefited me a lot. I highly recommend it to anyone.
