I Loved It
I love the helpful meditations for different purposes. It would be slightly better if there was a section with only the meditations that we could refer back to quickly. After she listened she told me about a Worry Tree that she whispered to and how she had adventures. She can't wait to listen to it again tonight. I think this would be the perfect age for a five-year-old and older though because my three-year-old doesn’t totally understand but it’s still a nice tool to have and to start working on.
