Like a charm!
Works so well to get my kids to sleep! We used it while traveling, and now use this at home. I have a daughter with Nighttime anxiety, and this works so well. I can get my three in bed on time with a promise of bedtime meditations as a “treat.” Also good if the grow ups want to watch a movie we don’t want the kids to hear...this blocks all sound besides the meditations. Highly recommend!!

Great for Sleeping Kiddos
I love these short bedtime guided meditations. They put my kids to sleep every night. They are slow and relaxing with meditative background music. The female voice asks the kids to imagine a path through a forest, or a walk along a beach, or other peaceful scenes. There is always a "worry place" along the way for them to let go of their worries and leave them behind as they walk along the path. It works every time. It almost works on me when I'm in the room.

Works like a charm on my boys
Since we discovered this, it's used every night after the bedtime books to put my 3 & 5 year olds to sleep. Sometimes it works its magic on me too!
