Perfect audible to learn Kundalini Awakening.
I’ve just added this audible to my library, and I’ve read some reviews and it seems like this is the perfect kind of audible to learn about the awakening the kundalini. Really great value for the price. great investment. these subjects are not new for me, but I found that this was helpful in learning new information and techniques, and also great for the beginners.This book answered a lot of my questions that's why I posted this review of mine immediately. I am so glad that I purchased this book and I'm very excited to listen to the whole book and finally apply all those tips, techniques and practices that is written in this amazing and excellent audio book!

Good positive book.
I know a couple of things about Kundalini, having experienced kundalini disorder for a long time and having likewise co-created a book on vitality mending. Adesh Silva is the genuine article, and he has a profound comprehension of kundalini and can take an unpredictable theme and come it down to its quintessence.

Really worth the money I paid for!
Just like me, I know that there are so many of us whose been looking and or searching for the best book in the market that will possible and definitely helping them to awaken the kundalini - to gain spiritual enlightenment, develop psychic abilities and or awareness and so many more! Luckily I found this 5 in 1 bundle book written by Jenifer Williams that I came upon while I'm searching. Very helpful
Through this book, I learned what kind of Kundalini energy, where it is in my body, the history of the discovery of this energy, how it is useful for the body and how to awaken it. The author gives effective practices and exercises for raising the Kundalini energy up the spine and its disclosure. Along with physical practices, there are recommendations for changing old habits and thoughts.
