This is by far the best audiobook I've listened to regarding self motivation...and I've listened to plenty already. It's so good I'm going to listen to it at least once a month... Just to make sure I'm still on the program.

Wow... Simply wow.

What did you like best about Mental Toughness Training? What did you like least?

There were some good ideas and recommendations in first half of the book. The rest is all about healthy living. The book could have stopped after first half.
I have read some other material on mental toughness and compared to others this lacked depth.

Good first part, Not so good the rest

I’ve been a fan of DR. Loehr since the early 90s. However, this audio book is a recording of audio cassettes from that era. Some of the info is still good. Some of the info and the presentation is very dated. There’s still some value here, but not as much as I hoped.

Dated with some good info

I got this many years ago as a cassette series. It is still just as good.

I used to have cassettes when I first started playing tennis-

The reading of the script is sub par as it is chock full of grammatical errors and inaccuracies. Also the dietary information and physiological information in breathing is out of date and inaccurate. Do not waste your time with this book.

Horribly out of date
