About this listen

The night is always darkest before the dawn. For the surviving Aggressor Inc. pilots, dawn can't come fast enough.

The Taiwan government is on the brink of collapse. From their hiding place on Xiuguluan Mountain, a United States-Taiwanese special ops team prepares to wage guerilla warfare. Their mission may demand the ultimate sacrifice, but could change the course of the war.

The fog of war has become a pea soup.

And from the fog, a massive Sino-Russian fleet emerges. China launches strikes on United States bases in Japan and the Philippines, but also across the IndoPacific: on Guam, Wake Island, Midway . . . and Hawaii. The Battle for Taiwan is not yet over. But the Battle for Hawaii is about to begin.

United States President, Carmen Carliotti, faces crises on multiple fronts-in the Pacific, and at home, as rioting and unrest force her to implement extreme measures.

But who is behind the suspiciously well-organized and funded civil uprising?

NATO and the Shanghai Pact nations face off as the battle-for global supremacy and for the very soul of America-rages.

So often a series gets old as the books progress. The Aggressor series is an exception. This was the best in a great series. I can’t wait for the next.

I hope the joint chiefs and congress read this series. It is entertaining wrapped in a warning.

I also hope Hollywood is reading it too. Emily Blunt would make a great Bunny O’Hare in the movie.

My new favorite series

just a great series in every respect. Also great that it's not 43 volumes.

one of the best series

Spend WAY too much time talking about and building up to battle scenarios than actually in battle situations. A lot of boring and unnecessary information, it does not make the story more interesting at all. Take out all the extra b*llsh*t, and the book is more interesting and easier to keep up with the story.

Too Much Buildup
