really a self-help book
The exercises themselves were easy to follow and, I felt, were helpful. Many things were already told by somebody else many times but the systematization was really clear and helpful to set strategies and targets. It is really a self-help book. The author presents several ideas in a progression to help with concentration and focus as well as more control over your thoughts. Will definitely keep it as a reference for setting up and realizing new goals. I have learned a lot from this book and will be taking a lot away to implement the strategies Very motivating and convincing.

I highly recommend this audible very carefully from the beginning all the way through without skipping ahead because you need all of the information in the order it is presented and you will benefit much more if you read it all carefully. The understanding has to be lived and experienced on a day to day basis so it needs to practice in order to be effective. It presents practical advice on how to use that information to increase happiness in everyday life. Its definitely one of the best books I've ever read for improving life by improving your mind. If you're interested in listening to everything you can on Enlightenment then I guess I would recommend this book.

Another method, one that has potential for a great many associations, is imagining the items to remember on a journey, whether it be a short journey across the nation. There are particular methods for remembering numbers, associating them with letters, then making words of those letters; remembering names of people by associating them with actions or prominent characteristics. I felt stuck regarding something in my life and his book helped me get back on track and completely shifted our experience into one we wanted. This book has to lead me to other positive books that have given me full control of how I think and have enabled me to think about what I really want out of my life. Thanks to mind hack I now have the faith and belief that I will give us the life I have dreamt of all my adult life. This is the book!
