The characters are so important in a book, and in this one they were all well developed and felt real. However Dani was a real standout, her ability to forgive and move on is amazing, it was a highlight of the book for me. Ryker however I didn't like, he was kind of an arse, I can't figure out what Dani sees in him.

The chemistry between Dani and Ryker is hot, lots of sparks happening here.

I really enjoyed listening to it, it's fairly short, but there's nothing missing. The dual narration was great, excellent character voices and the tone and pacing worked well.

What a nice quick listen. This book is great if you don’t have a ton of time but still want to listen to a book that has all the emotions and drama you need. Definitely a recommended book. Starting the next one right now!

Do not let the length of this story fool you, there is a lot going on, so come listen to this second chance romance! Dani and Ryker are childhood sweethearts. When Dani finds herself pregnant with twins, she goes to tell Ryker only to get a surprise of her life! She is on her own. When Dani's cousin Trigger, brings his friend home 8 years later, the two are reunited. But will they find their love has stood the test of time? There are many obstacles to overcome, a little suspense thrown in and a surprise in the end leaving me wanting more! Lacy Laurel and Logan McAllister narrate this fast moving romance, from the alpha men in the motorcycle club to the adorable young twins. I love these two together, they compliment each other well with their array of voices and have me looking for the next story in for this motorcycle club.

Short but packed with entertainment! I was happy to find out there are more books in the series! Written well, (Dana Arden) narration (Lacy Laurel AND Logan McAllister) was on point. When Dani receives the news she is getting 'two perfect presents', she heads out to see her boyfriend, Ryker. That's when she gets another surprise! This was a great story. It made me laugh and cry. It was filled with drama and passion and love. I loved the two narrators too. They put so much passion into this story while they were telling it.

This is the first book in the Southern Chaotics's MC Series. This short story is fast-paced, with twists and turns and steamy scenes. The narration was well done. I love Lacy Laurel's voice, she's one of my favorite narrators. I received this free review copy audiobook at my request and I have voluntarily left this review.

Dani is raising her twins and now their father is in town and doesn't know about them. He thinks she left him and now has questions. Can he forgive the people that broke him and Dani apart and never told him about his children. Great second chance with a little danger involved. Great Narration. This is one of those stories that has me yelling, WTF? Just Tell him or her! But I know that’s what makes a story. A lot happens in this 3 hour prequel-ish audiobook. Characters are very well developed and love scenes are hot with no cheese. At under $5 it’s worth buying and using the credit for book two, Major Conflict!!

Lacy and Logan rocked the narrative. They’re a force majeure.
