Insightful, short, and straight to the point

Would definitely recommend. This short, to the point book is full of useful tips. Looking forward to implementing these ideas into my daily life.

amazing morning listen

I like this book because it’s short and comprehensive. The narrator is full of energy, I felt like he’s talking to me. It’s a general motivation book, meaning not specific to a category. It works for everyone.

I believe there was good information

good information that the author had. I believe however the voice in this was a bit monotone. Monotone. some of the steps were very old school and some of the steps we're very new. I especially liked the part where you write down what you want to accomplish every morning and every night and every afternoon I thought it would look good if I wrote down exactly what I wanted to look like before I ate therefore it would encourage me not to eat so much.

Great tips

I obtained some great takeaways. Action items/tasks to be intentional about strengthening the positive thinking process, visualization of one’s success- and what it looks like for each person. The importance of being specific about defining goals - and ways to keep them top of mind and finding what works to stay focused for each individual.
