Everything I needed to hear and more, Take notes!

Lost trying to find how to reach my life goals and this book just gave me the map, I read 7 habits of highly effective teens and then 7 habits of highly effective adults but did not finish either but I listened and took notes on thus book and it's like gift from the universe(aka facebook) saying you might like this, I loved it. All you need to start a more productive and efficient way of living. Voice actor also has great flow and reads at a good pace.

very informative, we know all those single steps but we don't do it, if you need to make changes in your life I suggest you start focusing on your life!

Exceeded my expectation.

I thought this was a well thought out and nicely organized book. It works well for me because he presents ideas related to discipline that may help or hurt you that some may not be aware of. Having a framework for how to approach making lasting change is very valuable to me. I intend to purchase several of his other books after listening to this one.

Good lessons

gets right to the point with great examples. Be sure to actively listen and take good notes and use them. Discipline is something I need to work on when it comes to food.

my first review

I like self help books. They are usually pretty motivating and inspirational. I didn't specifically identify with most of the examples although they were pretty generic. I do tend to skip around and not "master" particular skills, so I'm glad I stuck it out and finished this book! What I take away? #1 Get Healthy. Stop messing around (as she eats her donut this morning SMH).
