About this listen

The breed guaranteed Mica no harm would come to her, but they never allowed for her sensual fascination with Navarro, or his unstoppable need to claim her as his mate, in both body and soul.

The story was awesome. But what happened to a whole section at the end. The story jumped from one place to almost the end without any transition. What happened!!!!?

The Breed books are not in actual chronological order when you filter the dates in Audible. This is actually one of the last titles in the series, so you get a lot of snip-its of the previous storylines. According to Lora Leigh's website, the books are ment to be stand alone and were actually written out of order, but some previous characters are seen in this title. If it bothers you to read a book out of sequence then I would suggest checking out the author's website where she has compiled a chronological list.

BEWARE: breed books are NOT in order

I love all of Lora Leigh's books and would love to have Audible put more of her books on audio.
The Narrator is not my favorite narrator but you can get past her to here the story. I did enjoy the book, but the ending is a little different.

poor Navarro not only is his animal Recessed But also he doesn't know how to feel love till he Almost loses his mate because of not accepting his animal and not loving his mate like he should it takes another man trying to steal his mate to kick start the process and claim his mate

Navarro's promise is so so good

Really good, well narrated and one of the best breed novels. But… there’s about 10 pages missing from chapter 17 … so there’s a sort of hole in the story where we go from the beginning of a scene to the end of a completely different scene leaving an illogical gap in action. One second you just got on an elevator having an important conversation and the next you’re in a bedroom at the end of a sex scene... I thought I heard wrong, but double checked both the text and the recording. Not sure how that big a mistake was missed, but, if you’ve only listened to this book - you’re missing a major portion of the end. :P

Great, but…
