Story
Sleep is one of the most important but least understood aspects of our life, wellness, and longevity. Until very recently, science had no answer to the question of why we sleep, or what good it served, or why we suffer such devastating health consequences when we don't sleep. Compared to the other basic drives in life - eating, drinking, and reproducing - the purpose of sleep remained elusive.

Nailed it!
This author definitely nailed it. There is a lot to learn about intelligence, the brain, and so many other things that I won't mention because I don't want to spoil everything. Some specific topics were favored over others, and some were less interesting than others.... sure, but I still recommend it. I highly recommend it to curious listeners who are trying to understand their own thought patterns and those of others better. Thanks.

Not bad
It's an interesting principle, the whole premise of this book. You do not typically see that in many other books. And that's the reason why it can use a person like me to write a few positive things about it.
