About this listen

Prepare to face the darkest night of all....

Something sinister lurks in the fog. It hides in the night, but you can feel it watching, waiting, following your every move. You run, fleeing through the dark, empty streets, desperate to escape. But deep down you know the truth. Sooner or later, your greatest fears will find you....

Scare Street is proud to present Night Terrors volumes seven to nine in a single collection. A bone-chilling anthology of fiendish fiction, featuring 41 terrifying tales for your listening pleasure.

Haunted houses, vicious killers, insane horrors from beyond... Every nightmare you’ve ever had hunts you through the shadows. You run faster, hoping to find a friendly soul, someone who can show you the way out. But instead, the walls and alleys seem to close in around you. You pound your fists against a cold brick wall, but it’s too late. You’re trapped. You’ve finally come to a dead end. And now, there’s nothing left to do but scream....

Some Mind-Blowers in Here!

And not a bad story in the bunch.

So far, I've found the the Scare Street anthologies very satisfying.

Jimmy!!!

stories were great. jimmy is my hero!
only complaint, and this is a personal preference, I find a male voice more soothing than a female.

solid volume, 4.25 out 5

Most of the stories I did enjoy with a few stories I would have been better off skipping. Performance was great from both narrators. A few stories stood out like sacrifice stories where the father ran and the demon took out the entire family. Jack and the Bean Stock was good, and the reporters who survived mummies coming up from the ground was solid. The last story was pretty good as well. The rest were just OK or bad. Anywho, 4.5 out of 5 with great performance and solid stories.

Was looking forward to this, but the writing just wasn’t there.

I was really looking forward to trying this title, but unfortunately the stories just seem to be written very amateurishly. I tried to make it through several stories, but could only make it through about four before I returned the book. Too bad; it seems to be a good concept but just not executed very well.
