Publisher's summary

Fall in love with the residents of Goldebury Bay.

Cleo knows a secret....

Sixteen years ago in the middle of the night, Cleo Merrifield and her parents left her Aunt Clara’s house in Goldebury Bay. Cleo also left the two young men who loved her, Oliver Sutton and Thaddeus Beaumont. Now Cleo’s back, and she’s brought her best friend, Poppy.

Long, hot days and sultry nights, gorgeous men and chilled champagne, seem the perfect summer cocktail for two 30-something girls intent on having fun. But Cleo knows not everything is as it seems in the picturesque seaside resort, including Aunt Clara. And secrets have a way of getting out.

When gossip spreads like wildfire, Cleo’s hopes go up in flames. Then Poppy uncovers an even bigger secret.

90 Days of TROUBLE

I love Emily Harvale books! An exceptional writer who definitely lives up to the “feel good” tag. EH has a knack for writing out dreams that harbor in hearts. This one deals with a do-over romance that was never really done. How many times have I sat and thought about a teenage romance knowing he was the one best choice that should have been made except “life things” got in the way? At least I get to see how things pan out for Cleo when she gets the chance to return to where she left off.

It’s a fun romp. A wild, tangled game of Telephone in a little seaside village. A soap opera with secrets & mysteries, heroes & villains, wise & daft. Most definitely a seaside escape, with gull poo and everything!

The Narrator does an exceptional job voicing the many different characters and I actually smiled when the great uncle piped in at the end with his brash booming voice.

If you’re a fan of old-fashioned British sitcoms, you will definitely love this!
