Best Self Help Book I've Purchased
This book/audio is direct, to the point, and full of useful and practical advice. I found myself shaking my head in agreement most of the way through and it felt as though it was written just for me. The narration was very clear and flowed along making for an easy listen.

Don’t waste your time or money.
This book is a joke. It is clear that the author simply took from the many other self help/be successful books that are out there and pieced things together into chapters. He talks like he is some great success but never shares what that success was and gives no examples of the principles he blabs about.
A mile wide and an inch deep. If you want a real book by a real guy that has had real success then read Atomic Habits.
