About this listen

“Kate won’t be back ‘til Monday.”

A roommate. Her boyfriend. An irresistible opportunity.

Terri has always been “the quiet one.” People think she’s shy, but she’s really not. She’s pretty enough, and smart enough, she just hasn’t been particularly…remarkable.

Ian, on the other hand, is remarkable. He’s also Terri’s roommate Kate’s boyfriend. He notices what others do not. He knows Terri’s not shy, and he’s curious about what else she might be. Kate being away for a long weekend provides the perfect chance for him to find out.

Terri might be into it. A completely unexpected kiss she and Ian shared the week before suggests she will be. Or maybe…she’s just not that kind of girl.

Not your typical love story

I am a huge fan of this author's works and to hear it narrated added another welcomed dimension to the story. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook.

Great Short!

I love Ms Forrester work! This short story did not disappoint. The narrator was new to me, but she did a great job! Good to see characters from her work make cameos. Would love to see more of her books come to audible.

Ian and Terri

Ian and Kate.
Ian and Terri.
I liked Terri and Ian’s vibe when they were alone. Their love connection was strong. Although I don’t know that I liked Ian as an individual. The racial fetish on his end was irritating and I agreed with Terri.
I don’t know that I would’ve given Kate grace with what I found in that drawer…
Nia made me think about what I would do in this situation and I appreciate an author that can bring out those conversations.

I Don’t Know How I Feel

This short left me a bit confused….roommates dealing with the same person? Not a positive thing….and realistically most people that find themselves in this type of dilemma we all know that it wouldn’t be this amicable.
