About this listen

Obadiah James came home to find his wife and child murdered, and what he saw changed him for the rest of his life. He vowed to their dead bodies to catch their killers and bring them to justice even if it meant entering into the heart of hell to find them. Along the way, he learned from men who became more like brothers than friends to him. Outlaws couldn’t stop him. Bullets couldn’t find him. Arrows wouldn’t kill him. The promise he made to his dead wife and child spurred him on!

From Best Selling Author Greg Bower, comes another thrilling western about grit, integrity, friendship, and honor.

Gregg Bower is a excellent writer that I hope one day is ranked up there with Louis L’Amour which would be well deserved

It’s a fine line to tread navigating a man of God fighting through shades of vengeance. I feel that Bower maneuvered it masterfully.

I really enjoyed the fight scenes and the imagery portrayed through Obadiah’s internal battles. Would love to see a part two or for Obadiah to pop up in some future works. Nothing like a good Easter egg thrown in following along with these western escapades.

Amazing book, great teachings, and a fruitful read for all ages.

A promise made by a husband, a father, and a preacher to a severed ear 😮😮😮
