About this listen

Bran wakes in Neuroma, but has no idea what happened the previous night. He continues to progress through Office Wars while secrets start unraveling everything he thought he knew. Some secrets could destroy everything, while others open new paths. What future path will Bran's secrets reveal?

Vicky returns, but is she who Bran thought she was?

Plenty of laughs, more introspection, and a conclusion to this season of Office Wars inside. Do not worry, you will see Bran and friends in future series. All Odditek Online series operate in the same multiverse, you might even get a few hints at other stories that I'm writing or have written.

A Riotous Adventure!

"Office Wars: Lab Coats Optional" by James Patton, narrated by the talented Eric Bryan Moore, takes listeners on a wild and unpredictable journey in Neuroma. The third book in the series brilliantly caps off this epic arc, leaving you eagerly anticipating the next installment.

In this installment, Bran wakes up in Neuroma with a clouded memory, setting the stage for a rollercoaster ride through the ever-intriguing world of Office Wars. Secrets, the lifeblood of the story, begin to unravel, presenting Bran and his friends with choices that could either crumble everything they've built or pave the way for new adventures. As the story unfolds, we witness Bran's relentless pursuit of the truth, unveiling layers of deceit and uncovering new paths that beckon to be explored.

Vicky's return sparks questions about her true identity, adding an extra layer of mystery and excitement to the narrative. The beauty of this audiobook lies in its ability to seamlessly blend humor, introspection, and a satisfying conclusion to this season of Office Wars. The promise of future series featuring Bran and his friends in the Odditek Online multiverse is the cherry on top, leaving you with a sense of exhilaration and curiosity about what lies ahead.

James Patton's storytelling prowess shines throughout "Office Wars: Lab Coats Optional." The humor is as sharp as ever, and the characters' personalities continue to evolve, providing listeners with an engaging and unforgettable experience. While the "Office Wars" component can feel somewhat repetitive at times with its mazes, traps, monsters, and bosses, the story compensates for this with the return of the Office Space-style humor, injecting freshness into the plot towards the book's end.

This audiobook may be a longer read than its predecessors, but every moment spent is worthwhile. The twists and turns in the narrative are designed to catch you off guard, leaving you on the edge of your seat. The ending is a masterpiece that ties up the series perfectly, satisfying your curiosity and longing for closure.

One of the standout elements of "Office Wars: Lab Coats Optional" is the incorporation of humor through the skeletons and an array of peculiar creatures, all sprinkled with hilariously clever puns. These comedic touches are pure gold, ensuring that your listening experience is infused with laughter and amusement.

The conclusion of this trilogy brings a profound sense of accomplishment and enjoyment, but it's the exceptional writing that truly sets this book apart. James Patton's ability to balance craziness with just the right amount of order makes this series a joy to immerse oneself in. The story navigates through the perfect blend of zaniness and depth, making it a captivating and thoroughly enjoyable audiobook.

The "epilogues" sprinkled throughout the narrative offer a unique and satisfying way to close out the story, leaving no loose ends and bringing a sense of fulfillment to the listener. This meticulously crafted structure showcases James Patton's commitment to delivering a top-notch narrative.

Eric Bryan Moore's narration is nothing short of fantastic. He breathes life into the characters, capturing their essence and emotions with precision. Moore's vocal range and ability to differentiate between characters make it easy to immerse yourself in the story, enhancing the overall experience.

In "Office Wars: Lab Coats Optional," Onion and the gang return for more hilarity and chaos. Enemies surround them, and the ensuing mayhem, while diabolically funny, is a testament to the brilliantly crafted world of Neuroma. With every twist and turn, you'll find yourself glued to the story, unable to predict the next outrageous event.

The audiobook's presentation is a testament to the synergy between James Patton's narrative genius and Eric Bryan Moore's skilled narration. Moore's performance elevates the storytelling, making it an absolute pleasure to listen to. His ability to infuse life into the characters and their comedic interactions is a testament to his talent.

"Office Wars: Lab Coats Optional" is a treasure trove of humor, adventure, and suspense. The story is expertly crafted, offering a satisfying conclusion while leaving the door wide open for future adventures in the Odditek Online multiverse. The humor, wit, and compelling characters make this audiobook an absolute gem, ensuring you'll be hooked from the first word to the last. If you're seeking a delightful and engaging audiobook experience, look no further – this one is a true gem!

Story resolved, but hoped for better.

Imagine if Neo from the Matrix never left his office job, but instead used his powers to pull dick joke pranks on his coworkers.
Still great Narration.
I had hopes this third book would rise higher in the story/ character resolution areas.
