About this listen

A war of magic. A legend of three elves. A new darkness on the horizon.

I'm on the hunt for the enemy, but everything changes when the Official gets involved.

After working with the three elves to bring Cyron's plans to a halt, the city is rebuilding and elves and humans are coexisting again.

But clouds loom on the horizon as the Emperor makes noise that he will be returning from his meditation to manage his Empire.

With the Official and now Emperor involved, the situation is bound to be interesting. Even more so with betrayal, magic, and lovemaking all thrown into the mix.

Warning: Contains mature harem content.

worth your time

I don't know about anyone else, but this series felt like 2 trilogies back to back. Each book is about five hours long despite runtime listings. The 1st 5 books have approximately an hour preview for next book in the series at the end. The issue I have found with shorter stories specifically in this genre and with trilogies is that authors seem resistant to time jumps. This, in my opinion, leads to an MC that can't tie his shoes today, risk destroying Galaxies with a sneeze tomorrow. For his part Mark Albany appears to have no such hang ups and though this series is technically short it really didn't feel that way. I really enjoyed this set of well written and performed books and I think you will too.

The Official Fey!

Grant achieved vengeance on his old master Vis. The Elves that were held captive were released to join the fight against Siren and Averitt. Siren was destroyed by Grant, but Averitt had escaped, vowing to return. The Emperor’s Official makes an appearance, who is a member of the Court and leader of the Lancers, the Emperor’s Guard. On the heels of the Official’s presence comes word that the Emperor would be returning to the Imperial City after his long absence. With the Emperor and the Official, known as “Fey” on the scene, things were sure to escalate. The enemy Lancers had magically protected armor along with their best weapon, Golems. Unexpectedly, Grant acquired a new power of astral projection while he slept. In this state, he met a tall female Elf named “Lith” who warned him of the Official. Now in his physical form, he took The Sisters Three to meet Lith at the glade. At the glade, Grant and The Sisters were captured and returned to the Official Fey. Had Lith betrayed them?

Awesome Series

There was little that this series was lacking. Leo Barnabas did a great job narrating the story. he brought all the feelings and intensity that the author was trying to portray in the book to Life

exceptional adventure

While it's easy to be distracted by all of the... frisky behavior, at the heart of this series is a really good story. It's not Shakespeare, but it was never intended to be. It's a fun adventure take it for what it is.

Great story

Loved the balance of adult scenes to the rest of the story, loved the battle scenes. It is another great book in this series. I'm already reading the book after this. It was worth getting. The reader did a good job with keeping distinct voices for each character so you can keep them straight in your head. The acting of the reader was great as well to get more involved in the story. Great series, check it out.

Not worth it.

The main character is a chronic liar and the author rambles incessantly. The narrators impersonation of a woman moaning made me cringe so hard I pulled a muscle.

More to the story

Lots going on and our hero and harem survive insurmountable odds again to star in another story. I do believe that our hero has an oral complex and his harem lives to fulfill it.
