Started a little slow, but finished strong

I almost gave up on the book a couple of chapters into it. Glad I didn't, it starts off a bit slow but once the story gets going and you get to know the characters better it is a really good book. it's becoming harder and harder to find a good sci-fi book. Really looking forward to the next book in this new series.

Great Start To A Series

I enjoyed this book. It’s well written with a cool concept (would make a great tv show!) thought the narrator did a good job handling the story. Overall great job and definitely worth the credit!

Interesting distopia with promising beginning

A well written first in what looks to be an engaging series. Although the story does take some time to get off the ground and does seem to slow down a bit, it does build as it goes.

The narration is great - I've read other books by Lee Strayer and find his inflections and characters very engaging. I think he does help the book along during the slower bits.
