couldn't get through it
This book is extremely clinical and feels like a machine translation without an editor checking to make sure it makes sense. The narrator is extremely monotonous and dull leading to what can best be described as the worst college lecture you've ever sat through. It would've been more interesting to listen to SIRI read it. I made it an hour in and they were still tediously going through definition after definition of different mental disorders (most of which had nothing to do with the supposed topic of the book). I'm not sure who could find this helpful in overcoming social anxiety, but it sure isn't me.
