Great book!!

This book is exactly what I was looking for! As a plant-based eater I hate buying things from a grocery store. So many things are processed. This book does a great job of helping you identify plants that you can forage in the wild.

Oh, and don’t forget to use the free PDF download that comes with the book to help you pick out the proper plants.

I love this book!

I am so excited to get started with foraging with my family. We take a lot of walks in heavily wooded areas but have never considered looking for edible food. This audiobook covers everything I need to know to get started. It also comes with a PDF that has pictures in full color. It is perfect for me because I live in the Pacific Northwest!

Amazing Book and Love The Free PDF

I remember foraging for berries when I was a kid and remember my mum telling me not to put things in my mouth. Those berries looked so red, but inside, poison was lurking. This great audiobook is ideal for mischievous kids to know what plants can be eaten and which ones to avoid. It is an ideal book for beginners who like to get their food from the land. There is also an amazing PDF that comes with it
